Reboot Restore Rx Pro 12 computer system restart restore wizard software
Reboot Restore Rx Pro prevents any and all changes from being made on your drive, making these PCs bulletproof and unbreakable. It is designed specifically for public access computing environments such as schools, computer labs, information kiosks, hotels, internet cafes, and libraries.
We understand that providing services to PCs in the public domain requires a certain level of perseverance, as users are not always cautious and computer usage is high in the public domain. That's why we built Reboot Restore Rx Pro to be fast, effective, and efficient. No matter what the user does (including erasing files, installing software, or even cracking the system registry), Reboot Restore Rx Pro will automatically restore the PC to the desired system state according to the schedule you set.
major function
Why choose Reboot Restore Rx Pro?
Reboot Restore Rx Professional integrates Reboot and Restore, a simple technology designed to keep computers fully functional and optimally configured. In addition to restoring upon reboot, Reboot Restore Rx Professional can also restore upon user logout and maintain a secure 'immune space' for file and data storage.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional greatly reduces computer maintenance and is widely used to protect public access computers (such as library public computers, school PC labs, etc.) or shared computing environments where PC users may intentionally or unintentionally damage workstations
Reboot Restore Rx Professional (formerly known as Drive Vaccine) is a comprehensive automated PC recovery utility that strikes the right balance between functionality and robustness. Reboot Restore Rx Professional allows you to restore on any fixed schedule, including restart, logout, end of day, hourly, weekly, and monthly! You can even set Reboot Restore Rx Professional to automatically restore after a period of idle PC time.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional is located outside of Windows and runs at the sector level of the hard drive, rather than running within Windows like traditional application recovery on reboot. Reboot Restore Rx Professional protects the Master Boot Record (MBR) and maintains unparalleled system integrity.
With its 256 bit AES baseline encryption, you can be absolutely certain that your public access PC is protected from any unintentional or malicious attempts to modify it.
The days of having to re image hard drives - or worse - having to constantly format and reinstall Windows - are finally over! Imaging is a very time-consuming process. We will shorten the time required to restore your PC to a few seconds! With Reboot Restore Rx Professional, you can easily automate the recovery process. Keep the computer's configuration and automatically return it to this baseline according to any schedule.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional ensures optimal workstation performance by removing website cookies, spyware, viruses, and unnecessary plugins; This may lead to system bottlenecks. Any infection to the 'immune' system will be immediately eradicated - the workstation will revert back to its original configuration every time it restarts, logs off, or any fixed schedule. Due to the unrestricted access and invisibility of Reboot Restore Rx Professional to users, they feel like they have complete control over the machine, thereby enhancing the computing experience.
Viruses and spyware are the most common threats, with new infections slipping through the cracks every day. In addition, users may unintentionally damage their PC by tampering with configuration settings or installing poor software. Reboot Restore Rx Professional (formerly known as Drive Vaccine) helps maintain a consistent baseline - without any malicious software or system changes.
Implement user policies by ensuring that only approved applications are installed on your organization's PC. When protected, Reboot Restore Rx Professional will not allow any application configuration changes or installations to be retained on the workstation. This actually prevents the installation of most illegal or unauthorized software. Reboot Restore Rx Professional provides the option to deny access to CD ROM and USB ports - preventing the use of external applications, root toolkits, or data theft.
Administrators can create an 'immune space' - a virtual drive space for storing files and folders. This enables computer users to save files and folders for permanent storage, freeing them from the recovery process. This integrated immune space ensures that students' work files (such as documents) can always be accessed even after restarting the Recovery Rx Professional Edition to restore the PC to its baseline.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional RMC (Remote Management Console) is a free utility provided to all customers who need to remotely manage their Reboot Restore Rx Professional PC installation functionality. The Reboot Restore Rx Professional RMC solution provides a complete client server based network management solution for Reboot Restore Rx Professional PC client installation, enabling administrators to easily manage their client PCs from anywhere through LAN, WAN, or the Internet.
Users in public access settings can easily become victims of identity theft. Some people may attempt to pre install keyloggers or certain dangerous spyware applications. Other robbers may try to view your history, temporary files - or worse - the forms you have completed; This may include personal information, username, password, etc. The Reboot Restore Rx Professional immune system ensures that users do not retain any information or installed applications. Reboot Restore Rx Professional will clear any installed applications, historical settings, logs, and temporary files that remain on the public access workstation to protect your privacy, and personal information will not be cached and saved on the system for viewing.

Five methods for deploying Reboot Restore Rx Pro
Reboot Restore Rx Pro is designed for enterprise needs. To meet the needs of customers of different scales, Reboot Restore Rx Pro offers five deployment methods, ranging from single workstation setup to company wide deployment.
1. Single machine setup: Install Reboot Restore Rx Pro on a single workstation using an installation CD or electronic download.
2. Network settings: Install Reboot Restore Rx Pro from a network shared folder, which includes pre configured program settings, or distribute Reboot Restore Rx Pro using network software deployment tools.
3. Script settings or unattended settings: Use a client script to push Reboot Restore Rx Pro, which automatically runs when the client computer logs into the network.
4. Deploy Reboot Restore Rx Pro in the system image: Include Reboot Restore Rx Pro in the system image and use a drive imaging tool (such as Symantec's Norton Ghost) to deploy it together with the operating system.
5. Create and deploy using MSI: Install Reboot Restore Rx Pro using MSI executable files and pre configured settings.
---
Single machine setup
To install Reboot Restore Rx Pro on a single workstation, follow the following typical setup steps:
1. Extract the installation package.
2. Go to the "Reboot Restore Rx" folder and run setup.
3. Select "Typical" or "Custom" settings in the settings selection menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
---
Network settings
If you need to set up Reboot Restore Rx Pro on multiple networked computers, to avoid the hassle of carrying a CD to each computer for setup, Reboot Restore Rx Pro allows you to run the settings from a network share. Please follow the general guidelines below to install Reboot Restore Rx Pro over the network:
1. Copy all the decompressed Reboot Restore Rx installation files to a folder on the server and create a share for that folder.
2. Create a Setup INI file (SETUP. INI) using the SETUP INI Wizard tool provided in the "Deployment Tools" folder of the Reboot Restore Rx installation package. Set up The INI file is placed in the folder containing the Reboot Restore Rx Pro program files created in step 1.
3. Open SETUP using Notepad INI file, scroll to [Advanced Partition], delete all lines below it, and write "ProtectDrives=systemonly" to make SETUP The INI file only protects the C: drive, or enter 'ProtectDrives=all' to overwrite all drives. This is important because when an INI file is created, it reads the drive it was created on, including specific information related to that drive. By editing these lines, you can ensure successful deployment on other drives.
To install Reboot Restore Rx Pro on a workstation, access the shared folder from the workstation and run Setup. exe.
5. Select the "Unmanned Settings" option in the settings selection menu. The unmanned setting will be configured from SETUP in step 2 Read setting parameters (such as product ID, password, protection type, program settings, and installation directory) from the INI file. When the setting is completed, the user will be prompted to restart the computer.
If you use network software deployment tools such as Microsoft SMS Server, Novell ZENworks, etc. to deploy our software, please follow the following guidelines:
1. Use software to deploy applications and create a 'previous' snapshot of the system.
2. Create a folder named Setup in the root directory of drive C, and copy all Reboot Restore Rx Pro program files to this folder.
3. Create a SETUP according to step 2 INI file.
4. Run Sysprep for Imaging from the "Deployment Tools" folder and navigate to the C: \ setup folder. For older versions, please place SetAutoSetup.exe in the "Deployment Tools" folder of the installation package into the Setup folder and double-click to run it. This writes some deployment settings into the system registry
5. Run the software deployment application again to create a "later" snapshot and create the software deployment package.
6. Deploy the software package and restart the client system.
---
Set up using scripts (unmanned setting)
For some network administrators, they prefer to use client-side scripts to deploy new applications to workstations, and Reboot Restore Rx Pro can also be easily integrated into their custom script installation scenarios. Please follow the general guidelines below to deploy Reboot Restore Rx Pro in the network script:
1. Copy the Reboot Restore Rx Pro file from the installation package to a folder on the server and create a network share for that folder.
To install Reboot Restore Rx Pro during client login using a client-side script, please include 'setup. exe/s' in the setup script. Setup/s allows the Reboot Restore Rx Pro installation wizard to configure SETUP from step 2 Silently read setting parameters in INI file.
5. Please test the installation file and run it with SETUP Install the INI file to ensure it works as expected.
No user intervention is required during the silent setting process. The setting will automatically restart the computer at the end.

Deploy Reboot Restore Rx Pro in the system image
Reboot Restore Rx Pro can also be included in the system image and released together with the operating system deployment, such as images created using Norton Ghost or similar tools. However, due to the secure design of Reboot Restore Rx Pro, some of the program's features do not exist in visible file formats. On the contrary, they exist in the form of bits and bytes on physical sectors of the hard disk. Therefore, the typical Ghost method (mapping all files on the hard drive to create a system image) will not be able to include all Reboot Restore Rx Pro components.
Please prepare a hard drive containing Reboot Restore Rx Pro for imaging according to the following guidelines:
1. Copy the Reboot Restore Rx Pro installation file from the installation package to a folder on the hard drive that you will use to create the system image (primary image), and rename the folder to Setup.
2. Use the SETUP INI Wizard tool provided in the "Deployment Tools" folder of the installation package to create an advanced settings configuration file (SETUP. INI). Set up The INI file is placed in the Setup folder created in step 1.
3. Open SETUP using Notepad INI file, scroll to [Advanced. Partition], delete all lines below it, and write "ProtectDrives=systemonly" to make SETUP The INI file only protects the C: drive, or enter 'ProtectDrives=all' to overwrite all drives. This is important because when an INI file is created, it reads the drive it was created on, including specific information related to that drive. By editing these lines, you can ensure successful deployment on other drives.
5. The hard drive is now ready for imaging. Use a Windows based imaging application to image the drive, or restart the computer to a CD to create a hard disk image containing the Reboot Restore Rx Pro settings file** Note: After running SetAutoSetu.exe/Sysprep for Imaging, do not restart to Windows as this will trigger the automatic deployment process of Reboot Restore Rx Pro.
The main image contains the Reboot Restore Rx Pro deployment package, not the already installed Reboot Restore Rx Pro program. Once the primary image is copied to the hard drive, the registry key generated by SetAutoSetu.exe/SysPrep for Imaging will trigger the Reboot Restore Rx Pro deployment process upon initial startup. This process is silent and transparent to the user. Set SETUP from the previous configuration Read program parameters from INI files without user interaction. At the end of the setup, the Reboot Restore Rx Pro setup file will be automatically deleted and the system will be restarted.
