major function
Why choose Reboot Restore Rx Pro?
Reboot Restore Rx Professional integrates Reboot and Restore, a simple technology designed to keep computers fully functional and optimally configured. In addition to restoring upon reboot, Reboot Restore Rx Professional can also restore upon user logout and maintain a secure 'immune space' for file and data storage.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional greatly reduces computer maintenance and is widely used to protect public access computers (such as library public computers, school PC labs, etc.) or shared computing environments where PC users may intentionally or unintentionally damage workstations
Reboot Restore Rx Professional (formerly known as Drive Vaccine) is a comprehensive automated PC recovery utility that strikes the right balance between functionality and robustness. Reboot Restore Rx Professional allows you to restore on any fixed schedule, including restart, logout, end of day, hourly, weekly, and monthly! You can even set Reboot Restore Rx Professional to automatically restore after a period of idle PC time.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional is located outside of Windows and runs at the sector level of the hard drive, rather than running within Windows like traditional application recovery on reboot. Reboot Restore Rx Professional protects the Master Boot Record (MBR) and maintains unparalleled system integrity.
With its 256 bit AES baseline encryption, you can be absolutely certain that your public access PC is protected from any unintentional or malicious attempts to modify it.
The days of having to re image hard drives - or worse - having to constantly format and reinstall Windows - are finally over! Imaging is a very time-consuming process. We will shorten the time required to restore your PC to a few seconds! With Reboot Restore Rx Professional, you can easily automate the recovery process. Keep the computer's configuration and automatically return it to this baseline according to any schedule.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional ensures optimal workstation performance by removing website cookies, spyware, viruses, and unnecessary plugins; This may lead to system bottlenecks. Any infection to the 'immune' system will be immediately eradicated - the workstation will revert back to its original configuration every time it restarts, logs off, or any fixed schedule. Due to the unrestricted access and invisibility of Reboot Restore Rx Professional to users, they feel like they have complete control over the machine, thereby enhancing the computing experience.
Viruses and spyware are the most common threats, with new infections slipping through the cracks every day. In addition, users may unintentionally damage their PC by tampering with configuration settings or installing poor software. Reboot Restore Rx Professional (formerly known as Drive Vaccine) helps maintain a consistent baseline - without any malicious software or system changes.
Implement user policies by ensuring that only approved applications are installed on your organization's PC. When protected, Reboot Restore Rx Professional will not allow any application configuration changes or installations to be retained on the workstation. This actually prevents the installation of most illegal or unauthorized software. Reboot Restore Rx Professional provides the option to deny access to CD ROM and USB ports - preventing the use of external applications, root toolkits, or data theft.
Administrators can create an 'immune space' - a virtual drive space for storing files and folders. This enables computer users to save files and folders for permanent storage, freeing them from the recovery process. This integrated immune space ensures that students' work files (such as documents) can always be accessed even after restarting the Recovery Rx Professional Edition to restore the PC to its baseline.
Reboot Restore Rx Professional RMC (Remote Management Console) is a free utility provided to all customers who need to remotely manage their Reboot Restore Rx Professional PC installation functionality. The Reboot Restore Rx Professional RMC solution provides a complete client server based network management solution for Reboot Restore Rx Professional PC client installation, enabling administrators to easily manage their client PCs from anywhere through LAN, WAN, or the Internet.
Users in public access settings can easily become victims of identity theft. Some people may attempt to pre install keyloggers or certain dangerous spyware applications. Other robbers may try to view your history, temporary files - or worse - the forms you have completed; This may include personal information, username, password, etc. The Reboot Restore Rx Professional immune system ensures that users do not retain any information or installed applications. Reboot Restore Rx Professional will clear any installed applications, historical settings, logs, and temporary files that remain on the public access workstation to protect your privacy, and personal information will not be cached and saved on the system for viewing.

Any question
Sometimes, we need to uninstall RollBack Rx Professional or Reboot Restore Rx Pro for various reasons. Uninstalling the software correctly will enable us to automatically reset the product ID, which means that the product ID will be able to be used again. This guide will provide detailed instructions on how to uninstall the software so that you can immediately use the product ID again.
When uninstalling software, it is important to note that the software has two independent components. The first one is the pre operating system component, which is the sub console. You will see it when you see the startup screen of RollBack Rx Professional or Reboot Restore Rx Pro before Windows loads. The other is the Windows client. This is the part of the program that you interact with within Windows. In order to completely uninstall the program and reset the product ID, the sub console and Windows client must be removed.
Uninstalling from a single computer
If you are uninstalling programs from a single computer or do not want to uninstall clients in bulk, the following are the methods for uninstalling software.
Option 1: Uninstall from sub console
The recommended method for uninstalling from a single computer is to uninstall from the sub console. This will easily remove two components without any additional operation.
Operation steps:
1. Log in to the program through the sub console. To access the sub console, press the HOME key on the keyboard when you see the sub console loading before Windows loads.
-Note: For laptops and other keyboards, you may need to press' Fn+Left 'to access the sub console.
After logging in, use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Uninstall" option and press Enter to select.
If you are uninstalling RollBack Rx Professional, it will ask you to select a state/snapshot to uninstall to. Reboot Restore Rx Pro will be uninstalled to the current system state.
Option 2: Run the uninstallation program
Both Reboot Restore Rx Pro and RollBack Rx Professional include uninstallation tools that can be run to uninstall software.
Operation steps:
1. Find the uninstaller. Search for a folder named 'Shield' under 'Program Files' or' Program Files (x86) '. This folder contains Reboot Restore Rx Pro, RollBack Rx Professional, and their various tools.
2. Find the application named 'Uninstall'. Run the uninstallation tool and follow the prompts to uninstall.
Important note: When uninstalling through this method, only the Windows client will be deleted. To remove the sub console and reset the license, you need to restart the computer after completing the steps and ensure that the computer is connected to the Internet.
Option 3: Uninstall through "Add/Remove Programs"
You can find it on the "Add/Remove Programs" screen or similar interface and delete it.
Important note: When uninstalling through this method, only the Windows client will be deleted. To remove the sub console and reset the license, you need to restart the computer after completing the steps and ensure that the computer is connected to the Internet.
According to your operating system, follow the steps below:
Windows 11:
1. Press the Windows key or select 'Start'; Enter 'Apps and Features' in the search bar.
2. Find Reboot Restore Rx Pro or RollBack Rx Professional.

3. Under "Programs/Programs and Features", find Reboot Restore Rx Pro or RollBack Rx Professional.
4. Select the program and then choose "Uninstall".
Uninstall through Endpoint Manager
Uninstalling from each computer one by one may be a tedious and exhausting task, but fortunately, our Endpoint Manager is equipped with the ability to send uninstallation commands to clients connected to the tool.
Operation steps:
1. Issuing a command will trigger a restart, followed by uninstallation from the sub console. This will delete the sub console and client.
In the Endpoint Manager of any program, you can select one client, multiple clients, or a group; When you right-click, you will see an option to issue an uninstall command.
Request to reset product ID
Re imaging, reformatting the computer, reinstalling the operating system, or uninstalling on a computer that is not connected to the Internet will take up activation times because you did not uninstall it correctly. If we do not uninstall it correctly when you are not connected to the Internet, our server will not know whether the license has been released. Or in some rare cases, even though the sub console and client have been uninstalled, the ID has not been reset.
If an error message appears indicating that you have exceeded the maximum activation limit, please submit a ticket and provide the product ID and account email address (for purchasing software). After we verify your account, we will be able to reset the product ID.
Further assistance
If you have any other questions or comments about uninstalling our software, please submit a ticket and our senior technical staff will reply to you within 1 business day.
